Form or Register a New Business: Use the New Business Entity Wizard to form your new business and to file Articles electronically. Business Entity types that may register online are Domestic LLCs, Profit and Nonprofit Corporations, and Limited Partnerships.
Annual Report Filing: File your Annual Report Online Today! Before getting started, you might want to review the Tutorial Video.
Certificates of Good Standing: Print or validate a certificate of good standing at no cost.
Reinstatements: Domestic and foreign entities that failed to file annual reports within the past two years can file their reinstatement ONLINE! For guidance, view the Tutorial Video.
Search For and Obtain Filed Business Documents: Search for entities using a Filing ID or the entity name. PDFs of filings are available for most entities.
Digital Asset Registration: Use the Digital Asset Registration Wizard to register your digital asset in Wyoming. View Current Wyoming Registered Digital Assets
